Marketplace Terms

Overview

These Marketplace Terms govern the purchase, licensing, and use of software products available through the AMJID Solution LLC marketplace. By purchasing any product from our marketplace, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Software Licensing

Each software product is sold under a specific license type that determines how you may use the product:

• Commercial License — Allows use in commercial projects with full source code access. Includes the right to modify and deploy the software for your business needs.
• SaaS License — Provides access to cloud-hosted software solutions on a subscription basis. Includes hosting, maintenance, and updates.
• Royalty-Free License — Permits unlimited use after a single purchase. Ideal for templates and reusable components.
• Enterprise License — Supports large-scale deployments with priority support, custom branding options, and dedicated account management.

Purchase Process

All purchases are processed securely through our trusted payment partners (Stripe and PayPal). After successful payment processing, you will receive a confirmation email containing download instructions, license details, and any applicable access credentials.

Delivery and Access

Digital products are delivered electronically. Download links and license keys are provided via email immediately after purchase. Source code repositories, where applicable, are shared through private repository access on GitHub or GitLab. Access credentials are tied to the email address used during purchase.

Usage Rights

You may use the purchased software in accordance with the license type purchased. Modification of the software for internal use is permitted. However, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of the source code with unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by AMJID Solution LLC.

Restrictions

The following activities are prohibited without prior written consent: reselling or redistributing purchased software, sharing license keys or download links with unauthorized parties, using purchased software to create competing products, removing or altering copyright notices and license identifiers, and reverse engineering software where prohibited by license terms.

Support and Updates

Technical support duration varies by product (ranging from 30 days to 12 months as specified in each product listing). Free updates are provided during the active support period. After the support period expires, continued use of the software is permitted, but updates and technical support require a support renewal purchase.

Customization Services

Customization services for marketplace products are available upon request. Customization work is governed by our Services Agreement and is quoted separately from the base product purchase.

Warranty

We warrant that our software will perform substantially as described in the product documentation for the duration of the applicable support period. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

AMJID Solution LLC's liability for marketplace purchases is limited to the purchase price of the specific product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of marketplace products.
