AMJID Solution LLC provides software products under various licensing models designed to meet the needs of individual developers, small businesses, and enterprise organizations. This Licensing Policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern the use of our software products and services.
By purchasing or using any AMJID Solution software product, you agree to comply with the applicable license terms. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
License Types
Commercial License
Our Commercial License is designed for businesses and professional developers who need full access to our software products for commercial purposes. This license includes:
- Full source code access for the licensed product
- Right to use in commercial projects and client work
- One year of updates and support included
- Documentation and integration guides
- Priority email support during business hours
SaaS License
Our SaaS (Software as a Service) License is for cloud-hosted solutions delivered on a subscription basis. This license provides:
- Access to the hosted software platform
- Regular updates and maintenance at no additional cost
- Scalable infrastructure with guaranteed uptime
- Technical support and onboarding assistance
- Flexible billing with monthly or annual options
Royalty-Free License
Our Royalty-Free License is available for one-time purchase templates and digital products. This license grants:
- Perpetual use after one-time purchase
- No recurring fees or royalties
- Use in unlimited projects
- Customization and modification rights
- No attribution required (though appreciated)
Enterprise License
Our Enterprise License is tailored for large-scale deployments and organizations with complex requirements. This license includes:
- Unlimited user seats across the organization
- Custom integration and deployment support
- Dedicated account manager
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for uptime and support
- On-premise deployment options
- Custom training and onboarding programs
License Terms
Single Project Use
Standard licenses are granted per project. A single license allows you to use the software in one (1) project or application. If you need to use the software in multiple projects, additional licenses must be purchased for each project.
Modification Rights
You are permitted to modify the source code (where provided) to suit your project requirements. However, modified code may not be redistributed as a standalone product or library without express written permission from AMJID Solution LLC.
Distribution Restrictions
Redistribution of our software products, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization. This includes but is not limited to:
- Selling or sublicensing the software to third parties
- Sharing license keys or activation credentials
- Hosting the software on third-party platforms for resale
- Including the software in competing products or services
Attribution Requirements
Certain license types may require attribution to AMJID Solution LLC. When attribution is required, it should be included in the product documentation, about page, or copyright notice of your application. Specific attribution language will be provided with the applicable license.
Source Code Access
Source code access is provided with Commercial and Enterprise licenses. Upon purchase, you will receive access to a private repository containing the complete source code. Source code access includes:
- Complete source code for the licensed product
- Build scripts and development documentation
- Test suites and quality assurance tools
- Integration examples and API documentation
Important: Source code is provided for integration and customization purposes only. You may not publish, share, or redistribute the source code to any third party.
License Activation
After purchasing a license, you will receive a unique license key via email. Activation is required to unlock full functionality of the software. The activation process involves:
- Download the software from your AMJID Solution account dashboard
- Install the software following the provided instructions
- Enter your license key when prompted during setup
- The software will verify activation with our servers
License keys are tied to your AMJID Solution account and can be managed from your dashboard. Active subscriptions will be renewed automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
License Transfers
Licenses are generally non-transferable. However, under certain circumstances, a license may be transferred:
- Business acquisition: If your company is acquired, the license may transfer to the acquiring entity with written notification to AMJID Solution LLC.
- Reassignment: Licenses tied to individual users may be reassigned to a different employee within the same organization, provided the original user no longer requires access.
- Reseller arrangements: Authorized resellers may transfer licenses in accordance with the reseller agreement.

Volume Licensing
Organizations requiring multiple licenses can take advantage of our volume licensing program. Volume discounts are available for:
- 5-10 licenses: 10% discount
- 11-25 licenses: 15% discount

- 51+ licenses: Custom pricing available

Open Source Components
Some AMJID Solution products may incorporate open source software components. These components are subject to their respective open source licenses, which are listed in the documentation or license files included with the product. Common open source licenses used include:
- MIT License
- Apache License 2.0
- BSD 2-Clause and 3-Clause Licenses
- GNU General Public License (GPL)
The use of open source components does not affect the licensing terms of the proprietary portions of our software. You should review the specific license files included with each product for complete details.
License Violations
AMJID Solution LLC takes license compliance seriously. Violations of our licensing terms may result in:
- Immediate suspension of access to the software and services
- Termination of your license without refund
- Legal action to recover damages and enforce our intellectual property rights
- Reporting of violations to relevant authorities where applicable
